The "Key Technology for Coffee Preparation and Its Application Promotion" project, led by Guangdong Xinbao Electrical Appliances Holdings Co., Ltd. and jointly completed by Foshan University and Heyuan TCS Precision Technology Co., Ltd., garnered the Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Award. It not only highlights Xinbao's outstanding achievements in technological innovation and their application but also marks a further step in promoting industrial upgrades and scientific and technological progress.
Xinbao's award-winning project
The Guangdong Science and Technology Award is the highest honor in Guangdong's science and technology community. The Guangdong Science and Technology Award – Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Award is presented to only 18 projects in the province regardless of tiers. It is worth mentioning that Xinbao is the only Foshan-based company that won the Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Award, as shown by the announced list of winners. Xinbao's award-winning project involved the participation of the Technical Management Office, the Financial Management Center, and the Group Office. Driven by Xinbao's unique innovation capabilities and extensive industry influence, it successfully converted cutting-edge sci-tech achievements into real productivity. The results have been widely applied in multiple sectors, yielding significant economic and social benefits.
A top official at the Foshan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau said that going ahead, the government will continue to strengthen a technology innovation system that takes businesses as the key actors, follows the market-oriented principle, and deeply integrates corporate, educational and research endeavors. The aim is to develop a modern economic system and development model with sci-tech innovation as the primary drivers and underpinnings to accelerate the clustering of global innovation resources. Ultimately, Foshan will successfully transition from old to new drivers of growth, develop new quality productive forces faster, and better support Foshan's manufacturing industry.
The Guangdong Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Award represents not only high recognition of the company's technological innovation outcomes but also great expectations for its future development.
